Emily Olson

Emily Olson is an attorney at Anderson & Jahde, P.C., specializing in estate planning, marital agreements, estate and trust administration, and family law. Drawn to law by a desire to make a difference in people’s lives, Emily values her role as an advocate and takes pride in helping individuals and families achieve their goals and provide peace of mind through thoughtful estate planning and marital agreements.

Having spent years helping individuals navigate complex family matters, including divorce, child custody, support issues, and property division, Emily understands the importance of proactive planning and the lasting impact legal decisions can have across generations. Drawing on this experience, Emily focuses on creating comprehensive estate plans and marital agreements that address both financial and personal family considerations. By understanding the legal and emotion complexities families face, Emily helps clients create plans that minimize conflict, preserve family relationships, and ensure the individual’s wishes are carried out effectively. Emily approaches each person with compassion and empathy, understanding that certain conversations may be difficult, but necessary to evaluate.

Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Oregon and a Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law (making her a proud “Double Duck”).

Emily is licensed to practice in Colorado. She is a member of the Colorado Women’s Bar Association and the Colorado Bar Association. Emily has been recognized by her peers and the broader legal community. Emily was named in Best Lawyers’ Ones to Watch in 2025 and 2026.

In her personal time, Emily enjoys traveling with her fiancé, exploring the outdoors, and spending quality time with her family, friends, and dog, Ivy.
