Briana Fehringer

Briana Fehringer is a Partner at Anderson & Jahde, P.C. She focuses her practice on representing taxpayers in IRS examinations, Tax Court cases, IRS and State collection cases and IRS Streamlined Filing Compliance Procedures.  She also represents Certified Public Accountants in licensing disputes with the State Board of Accountancy and defends CPAs against complaints filed with the State Board.

Briana received her LL.M. in taxation, with distinction, from Georgetown University Law Center in 2012, and she graduated on the Dean’s List.  In the LL.M. program, she donated her time as a volunteer income tax return preparer for low-income individuals in the IRS’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program.

She received her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from the University of La Verne College of Law. Briana was the Editor-in-Chief of the University of La Verne Law Review and served as a Judicial Extern for The Honorable Meredith A. Jury, United States Bankruptcy Court.

Briana is a member of the Denver Bar Association (Taxation Section), Colorado Bar Association and the American Bar Association (Litigation Section).
