Woodson Herring has practiced law for over 30 years. In addition to taxation, his areas of focus include business law, real estate, entity formation and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning and estate and trust administration. Mr. Herring earned his M.B.A. and J.D. from the University of Tennessee and his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Denver. Woodson is a member of the Douglas County Bar Association, and the Colorado Bar Association.
